The HHERR Sponsorship Program allows you to choose the equine you like the best from HHERR’s Available Horses or the Horses in Rehab. You will receive photos and updates on the horse you have chosen while it is in HHERR’s care. We will tell you how your horse is doing every step of the way. If a home is found for your chosen horse within the sponsorship year, the remaining balance of your sponsorship will be applied to another equine of your choosing. The cost of becoming an equine sponsor is minimal.
For each sponsorship you will receive not only the good feeling that comes from helping a very special equine, but also all the following:
- A 5"x7" photo and information of your chosen horse
- A personalized card from your new equine friend
- Membership to the HHERR Bi-Monthly newsletter

Donations go directly to help the equines in need. All fees include shipping and handling.
Your donation helps us to care for them, rehabilitate them, and prepare them for their new family. Some of our equine residents are here longer than others and some need more specialized care.
| 0 - $50 A Month: Directed towards any/all HHERR rescues in need. This will go towards feeding and caring for the one that no one else has sponsored. |
| $50 - $100/month: You can choose which rescue horse you would like to sponsor from our available horses. You will receive monthly photos and updates of their progress. |
| $100 and Up: Monthly updates/photos, cards and letters from your chosen sponsored horse. Discounts and other benefits also apply when you wish to adopt a horse. |
If you are interested in helping with this part of our program, please view and print HHERR’s Sponsorship Form and mail in it in. We will keep you updated on a monthly basis on the progress of your sponsored equine. This makes a great gift for an animal lover who cannot literally own a horse, but wants to help care for one. We would also encourage you to visit since we know the horses love a good pat and some kind words. Please make an appointment to visit so someone is available to help you and show you around. The horses really thrive on one on one attention.
