Due to the Josie’s unpredictable nature, and the problems she has had with training, the HHERR staff has decided to make her a permanent resident.  We felt that it was in her best interest, as well as any potential adopter.   Josie has been known to throw severe temper tantrums when she does not get her way, she has reared and has struck out, and she has gone through electric fence when separated from other horses.   These are just a few things that helped us make our decision.
